Thank you for choosing Flying B Express for your landscaping delivery needs. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide exceptional service. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Return
   • Cancellations must occur 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.
   • Cancellations within 12 hours of a scheduled delivery are invoiced at the full amount due. No Refunds.
   • Cancellation made within the 48 hours widow before delivery will be charged 10% for the total amount due.
   • Damage or Defect Claims
     • In the event of damage during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with accompanying photos and proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process
   • Refunds for cancel order prior to the 48 hours delivery window will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Return Process
   • No returns To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 406-360-7626.
